Our Computerised Art Department is equipped to provide full colour proofs for your approval, and on your agreement, create the printing plates to initiate the production process.

 

 

Our seven Litho Presses operate completely from the reel and each delivers sheets, continuous packs, or reels for further processing. We print up to six colours in one pass (using either spot or process print), and each press has full bindery facilities for punching, trimming, perforating etc. They provide double width production (typically 50,000 A4 forms per hour), which makes us very competitive on long runs.

 

 

 

Five High-Speed Collators create Multi-Part Computer Forms and Document Sets from pre-printed reels of paper. These machines will perforate, punch, serially number, and fasten the parts of a form together by means of crimping, flexing or gluing.

 

 

Our Extensive Bindery, in addition to a variety of other processes, produces a prodigious number of stitched, glued, or spirally bound books, many with wrapover covers and special features. Multi-part document sets in books are a special favourite.
